Refund Policy


1. Introduction & Overview

This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made through our platform. Our policy complies with:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)

  • Greek Law 2251/1994

  • Cypriot Law N. 112(I)/2021

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Consumers have the right to return products under the following conditions:

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Log into your account, go to "Your Orders," and select the return option.

  2. Package the Item
    Repack the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. Shipping Label
    Use the prepaid return label provided or arrange your own shipping.

  4. Shipping the Item
    Send the item to the return center within 14 days of request.

  5. Processing Time
    Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

5. Advanced Refunds & Replacements

In select cases, refunds or replacements may be issued before the item is returned. If the item is not returned, charges may apply.


6. Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees

Refunds may be reduced in these cases:

  • Used/damaged items or missing parts: Up to 50% deduction

  • Late returns (after 14 but within 30 days): Up to 20% deduction

  • Non-compliance with return conditions


7. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Wrong Items: Free return shipping

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping

  • Expedited Refunds: May include a processing fee


8. Special Cases

  • Gift Returns: Refunded as store credit to the recipient

  • Bulk Orders: May be subject to separate return policies

  • Subscription Products: Refunds depend on usage & terms


9. Refund Declines

A refund may be denied if:

  • The return doesn't meet the criteria

  • The item is damaged or incomplete

  • The return was submitted late
